Dexter, brand design system for
bot building platform.

As Head of Product at Dexter, I established a comprehensive design system for the Dexter brand, including typographical guidelines, color theory, graphic system, and landing page and email templates. The system was implemented using a best-of-class React component structure, which allowed for pixel-perfect designs, without the back-and-forth between design and engineering.

Dexter, product design for

Dexter is a simple yet powerful chatbot-building platform that allows non-developers and developers to create robust, full-featured chatbots with minimal code. A user can sign up, create a bot, and deploy within minutes—perfect for testing, measuring results and iterating. As Head of Product, I owned strategic decisions around product design, user experience/research, and worked directly with engineering around component design, logic and implementation.

Logitech Ultimate Ears, responsive landing pages for multivariate testing.

As part of Logitech’s early initiative to market Ultimate Ears headphones to non-professionals outside the music industry, I established a design system for A/B and multivariate landing page tests, product pages, and responsive landing pages. This allowed the team to quickly test product images and copy for prospective markets and gather data for their upcoming product launch.

Pre-seed Startup | High Fashion Brand

Upsessive, responsive landing pages for multivariate testing.

At Upsessive, an early-stage startup with a focus on high-fashion without the price tag, I created templates for the home page, product pages, category landing pages, and shipping packaging and receipt. The project had the unique design challenge of conveying the quality of luxury goods by top brands, without explicitly naming a product’s brand—we created product categories of 5-, 4-, and 3-stars and emphasized key brands within the buckets.

Express Factory Outlet, design system for omni-channel brand.

At Express, I created the brand methodology for the newly created Factory Outlet stores, with a focus on cost-savings through strategic design, all while maintaining brand elevation. Over an 8-month period, I established a design system across all channels while helping to launch over two dozen brick-and-mortar stores. Channels spanned web and social media, product merchandising, in-store marketing and signage, and evergreen window displays with modular seasonal marketing.

Bath & Body Works, e-commerce platform overhaul and UI kit.

For Bath & Body Works, I designed and codified UI guidelines, product page templates, product photography, and product filtering functionality. At the forefront of responsive e-commerce platforms in 2014, the site implemented a best-in-class fluid grid with algorithmically-rendered whitespace that maximized product exposure and allowed for proportional product-sizing that mimics the in-store experience.
